NOBI obtains a PFAK license from Bappebti

NOBI has officially obtained a license as a Physical Crypto Asset Trader (PFAK) from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti). Having obtained the PFAK license, NOBI now possesses full authorization to adhere to the regulations outlined in Bappebti Regulation Number 13 of 2022. This is an update to Bappebti Regulation Number 8 of 2021 and is about how to organize trading in physical crypto assets on futures exchanges.

This achievement is clear evidence of NOBI’s commitment to regulatory compliance, transparency, and investor protection. According to Lawrence Samantha, CEO & Co-founder of NOBI, as quoted from NOBI’s official website, “This PFAK license shows our dedication to building trust through transparency and full compliance with regulations.
